Cultivating collaboration & cultural awareness across teams
Group coaching and workshops to build team effectiveness and a sense of belonging.
Cultural Awareness is No Longer a 'Nice-to-Have'
As an executive, leader, or educator, you may be managing increasingly diverse teams, cultural differences, or trying to lead in an environment that is constantly evolving. Cultural differences often exist and can easily be misunderstood or overlooked, whether in business or education.
These challenges require collaboration, understanding, and new perspectives. Intercultural group coaching and workshops give you and your team an invaluable opportunity to speak about these challenges in a way that’s not often possible in your day-to-day job. It is central to working cohesively with others and delivering the best possible outcomes.
Often, teams find themselves discussing important policies but have difficulty implementing them effectively. For example, in educational settings, institutions may face challenges integrating students from different cultural backgrounds. Similarly, differences in hierarchy and respect across cultures can create friction in both classrooms and workplaces.
These sessions create the space for meaningful conversations that help you identify what needs to change and take ownership of how to make those changes happen. By translating insights into actionable steps, you’ll ensure better alignment with your organisation’s strategy.
The Value of Shared Learning
Gaining Fresh Perspectives
Challenge assumptions, reflect on diverse perspectives and appreciate how differently people see the world.
Greater Cultural Awareness
Explore how cultural differences influence leadership, communication, and team dynamics. You’ll become more mindful of how to interact effectively in different settings.
Strategic Integration
This work can also help your organisation align cultural awareness with the overall organisational strategy.
Building Deeper Connections
Engage in meaningful conversations with peers who are open to learning about your worldview. These discussions create lasting connections and enable you to work better together.
Format
Whether you are after a one-off workshop or a series of in-depth group coaching sessions, you and your team have the space to engage in discussions and share insights during interactive breakout sessions.
Choose from:
A single session (approx 2.5 hours) providing a Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) overview and how it can be applied to the team, group or organisation.
A set of two 3 hour workshops taking a group through the COF.
There is the option to take the COF assessment (additional licence cost) which produces an individual report which can also be used for a team or group.
These sessions and workshops can be integrated into any existing programmes that develop leadership, management or teams in your organisation.

“The workshops, based on the Cultural Orientations Framework, provided our leadership team with new insights into cultural dynamics and individual differences that influence how we work together.
Through engaging activities and reflective exercises, Rita helped our team explore and understand our diverse cultural orientations, unlocking opportunities for greater collaboration and team alignment. The coaching approach created a supportive environment for personal and collective growth, allowing us to develop action plans and strategies that align with the university’s broader diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
Rita’s expertise and approachability made these sessions both insightful and meaningful, inspiring conversations that have continued well beyond the workshops.”
