I love being a coach. It gives me joy and is rewarding to see people overcome challenges and progress with their lives, it makes me feel that I have made a difference.

I believe in embracing all that life has to offer, to push boundaries and experience the new, to make the best of everything.

I am a life-long learner, always advocating personal development and embracing opportunities as they present themselves, after all nothing stays the same.

I have travelled the world, observing and learning about the different ways of living and the way cultures and beliefs influence our ways of being. I am always amazed at the beauty of our planet, the rich sights and sounds that surround us.

I love the power of nature, the impact it has on our wellbeing. The feelings of being rejuvenated by walking through trees, watching a sunset, hearing the waves crash on the shore.

Along with many others, I have faced my share of life’s challenges and bring these learnings into my coaching practice.

My coaching journey continues as I attend webinars and workshops and learn about how the coaching industry is evolving.

I am a full-time coach fully present and invested on working with my clients to ensure I deliver the best coaching service I can.

My 25 year professional experience ranges from working in Corporate and Professional Services environments and managing a small business.

I worked for 15 years in Business Development and Product Management at a global law firm.

My career to date has provided a depth of experience and valuable insights that I bring to my coaching.

I hold a BA in Business Studies and a MSc in Information Management.
