What to expect..
coaching packages
Coaching packages vary from 4 - 8 sessions held over 2 - 4 months and include:
The introductory meeting will establish if coaching is right for you
The first session will focus on your aims and what is it you would like to achieve
Sessions are typically 90 minutes held online using Zoom, in-person, or outdoors either fortnightly or monthly, I am available Monday - Thursdays between 8.30am - 6.30pm
Assessment tools are included but are optional
Support is available in between sessions by phone or email
A follow up call a month post end of the coaching agreement

Which package is suitable for you depends on the nature of your goal, you can extend the number of sessions at any point if you are unsure.

I bring a relaxed style of coaching to my practice which allows open conversations to take place in a trusted space. My practice is built on the ethos of respect for the client and where they are in their journey.
I respect boundaries so you can explore your goals in a comfortable way. The sessions are completely confidential.
I use a variety of coaching models and tools to facilitate the session, I listen, ask questions, challenge, and help you develop insights.
I am committed to supporting you to create the change you need at the pace that is right for you.
